1. General Terms

CaratPay acts as a technology service provider and interface for digital gold services provided by Augmont Precious Metals. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

CaratPay provides the platform to save, store, and manage digital gold. Physical gold sourcing, vaulting, and redemption are handled by Augmont.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information for KYC. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the account and legal action.

4. Payments & Booking

Gold rates fluctuate in real-time. The rate at the time of successful payment confirmation is final. All payments are processed via secure UPI gateways.

5. Redemption

Digital gold can be redeemed for physical coins, bars, or jewellery through authorized partners. Cash refunds are not permitted under the purchase plan guidelines.
